I just wanted to thank you for the outstanding job that you and your team did for Elmhurst at our recently acquired 912 Fort Duquesne Building in downtown Pittsburgh. The rehabilitation project you performed truly resulted in a new life and new image for the building. LYN Development's management of the multiple trades was outstanding. More impressive still was the work self-performed by LYN's carpenters on this $2.5 million renovation to the building's ten floors.
We recognize that our decision to complete this renovation on a fast-track basis, using numerous separate contracts for the various portions of the work, made managing the project very complicated. Yet to anyone else, it appeared seamless. Your team has performed time and again; we appreciate the quality results and service that you have provided to Elmhurst Group on this project.
